The crew was very helpful and friendly.

The seats were too compact. No snacks no seat selection without some form of payment.. extremely turbulent flight.

The flight boarded on time, gate personnel was polite. The plane was clean, the flight crew was courteous, warm and friendly. My exit lane seat was again a blessing for someone my height (6’2”). I enjoyed myself and we arrived to Baltimore on time.

Everyone and everything went off with out a hitch but luggage was late due to a broken belt but I didn’t mind. I understand things happen

If a pilot tells you that a plane is being held at a gate so you will make your connection on time it better be there when you arrive at said gate. And to have no agent at the gate to help the 20+ people that were just stranded is complete cowardice and lack of professionalism. Never again.
