While fireworks will be lighting up the night sky with patriotic colors all weekend long, you don’t have to look up to see the red, white and blue. These destinations show off their colors all year long — take a look below.

Red

From the blooming tulip fields of Skagit Valley to the towering red rocks of Colorado, Utah and Arizona, these U.S. destinations make red look good.

White

When it comes to America’s beaches boasting the whitest sand, Florida impresses with shores like Siesta Key and Crescent Beach. Hawaii shines, too, with Waimea Bay, while the glassy expanses of the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah are a must-see.

Blue

Some of the bluest waters in the country can be found on the west coast, thanks to the depths of Oregon’s Crater Lake and Lake Tahoe, which sits squarely on the California-Nevada state line. More blue waters await at Hawaii’s Hanauma Bay, while the scenery of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Parkway lives up to the name.
