If you thought that duct tape’s uses were limited to breathing new life into broken belongings, you’ve been doing duct tape wrong.
Case in point: This month’s Duck Tape Fest in Avon, Ohio, where hundreds of participants donned their best duct tape fashions for a weekend of parades, fashion shows and other sticky-themed festivities. The fashion show, in which more than 300 people strutted their stuff with two articles of duct tape apparel, even earned the festival a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most people modeling in a duct tape fashion show.
