Samsung Mobile has announced that it has installed 50 cell phone charging stations across Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport.

There are four outlets per station, allowing several travelers to recharge their cell phones at the same time free.

The stations are built to charge personal electronics, and they are also equipped with a small shelf to hold travelers’ mobile phones and other electronic equipment.

Bill Ogle, Chief Marketing Officer of Samsung Mobile, said: “Samsung Mobile Charging Stations are designed to give travelers an easy way to keep their phones, laptops, and other gadgets charged while on-the-go.

“With the summer travel season in full-swing, we expect the charging stations to be a big a hit at one of nation’s busiest airports, Newark Liberty International.”

Samsung Mobile has also installed charging stations at other airports including JFK, Los Angeles International, Orlando International Airport and LaGuardia Airport.
