Sure, we all love airport lounges. But unless you travel a lot, the annual fees aren’t necessarily worth it. While carriers have come up with single-use passes, good for one visit, they often tend to be upwards of $50 a day. But officials at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) have found a way to help travelers relax a little while also saving a dime.
LAX is offering three hours of access to its new business enclave for $25.
The lounge is located in the Tom Bradley International Terminal, in the center of the mezzanine area just before security. The LAX lounge offers complimentary snacks and beverages, comfortable seating, and a business center. Travelers on Los Angeles flights will find the lounge a perfect place to hang out before boarding the next leg of a trip, or a great quick way to get some work done.
Usually, international airlines offer free access to their own proprietary lounges for first and business class customers. But if you can’t afford to fly up front, what LAX is offering is a terrific bargain, and a good way to start the trip off right.
One caveat: you have to be 21 or older to use the lounge.
