1. We could not check in to our flight online, as the website would freeze multiple times. We had to go to check in desk at airport to get boarding passes. 2. The seats I selected while booking the flights to and from Mallorca, were not the seats that we sat in. 3. I paid for 2 checked bags and to chose my own seats however I to pay again as the check in desk said I did not pay for the 2 checked bags and the seat selection (see #2) 4. Overall, the flight was good however the check in process was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend flying on Air Europa
