We were an hour delayed boarding, had to wait an additional 40 minutes on the plane before taking off, then when landed weren’t able to leave the plane for an additional 20 minutes. As we were 2 hours late, I missed two flights after that and had to repurchase tickets costing well over £200, and wait hours at the airport. It was incredibly stressful and expensive.
