Number 1: my flight was from Kilimanjaro to Nairobi and it ended up with me not getting on the original flight. Number 2: I was rescheduled and yet my records were not found and ultimately I had to pay Precision Air to get to Nairobi so, after 15 hours, I could get my flight to JFK. Or maybe you are asking about a flight that never was going to happen.
