We understand boarding is a process and often delayed so that was ok. We sat in Business Class so had the nice seats, but once our first meal was served we did not have water offered to us for 7-8 hours until our next meal. We have flown Business Class on other airlines and they are always coming by offering beverages between meals. They were also not very engaging so that was surprising.
