Flew Saga Premium and was pleasantly surprised. The crew was excellent! The food was really good! The seats were comfortable and roomy. The only negatives were the WiFi (not good) and boarding in Rome where we had to take a shuttle to the plane. The shuttle wasn’t the issue. Priority boarding didn’t happen and then everyone was packed into a boarding bridge for 15-20 minutes without air conditioning. It was almost 100 degrees outside! Outside of those two issues in Rome, the airline was excellent.
