The agent that checked me in made me check my carry-on bag. My carry-on was very small annd could go under my seat and it was smaller than many other people’s backpacks. I had to take out my medicine and other essentials that I needed for my long flight back from Rome to Newark. Some of my fragile items of things I purchased ended up being damaged! I noticed no one else from my flight had to check theirs. Then the food was not good. I was glad it was a short flight.
