Terrible trip. Long line and slow chech-in even without baggage. Has to go through 2 terminals and a bus to get to the plane. We boarded the temperature in the plane was 36 degrees centigrade and were held in the plane for 40 minutes before the plane was turned on and the AC turned on. Asked to talk to the captain after the flight to share my thoughts and he was dismissive and non apologetic really la king service.
