Here are the things that made our travel experience with airmaroc a stressful experience They did not confirm seats for our two children. They said the flight was full and they will have to upgrade others before they assign seats to us. Why would they do that for a confirmed reservation. And when we boarded, we saw that there were lot of seats in the upgrade that were empty and at least theee seats were empty even in economy class. The crew did not even know how to give proper boarding passes. They just printed out the boarding passes from Casablanca to Washington land it took 5 of them configure out how to give boarding passes from Seville to Casablanca for our kids. We had to rush through security, rush through passport control. In the second leg, they didn't even give us opportunity to sit together, they had all 4 of us all over the plane. Really disappointed with the airline and the incompetent crew. The food was worst, they gave meat(chicken) in Asian vegetarian meal. This happened both when going to Lisbon and when coming back to US. And the snack part was 4 veg slices with some sauce in a cold tortilla wrap and cold chicken in a bread which made both me and my son sick. On our outbound flight, none of the chair recliners worked in a 9 hour flight and the entertainment system also did not work and the crew did not even give us water when asked between meals On the inbound flight to Washington DC, the entertainment system audio was worst. Had static all along and had to watch only with subtitles. Worst air travel experience ever.
