My flight was cancelled by Azul and I was never contacted by the company nor Budget Air. I received emails to prepare for my flight 2 days before departure. For my surprise, the flight was cancelled and I couldn’t find anyone at BudgetAir to talk to. (Only email::: Don’t know if it was a Robotic message). When I called Azul, they mentioned the flight was cancelled a month after I purchased the tickets and I was never informed. I had to overpay for another ticket in order to get back to my destination.
