I thought Frontier Airlines had regular planes with phone plugs and some with entertainment. I’ve flown frontier many times over years and I feel the planes have gone backwards with technology. We’re only offered water if we ask for it and have to pay for everything else. There needs to be a basic level of service. Frontier has dipped way below that now. We felt like we went back to the 90s flying to and from Las Vegas this time with no plugs for our phones or ways to watch a movie even from our devices. And the fact that my 75-year-old mother has to walk up a steep ramp as if we were in the 60s to board an airline is crazy and dangerous! Will have to reconsider using Frontier again.
