Terrible customer service at the front desk. Lady was very super rude and nasty. Her job seemed to be making us feel her rudeness. Terrible experience. She did not asked for some documents and ended not adding my full name to my boarding pass so the crew had to changed it just before boarding (passport and boarding pass need to have the exact name). We were the last passengers and the flight was further delayed just because of her lack of professionalism. Terrible. Your website did not advised that the flight we booked was with 0 luggage (carry on). It has to be more obvious. Ridiculous for your company for not advertising appropriately. Terrible from kayak as well.
