The first leg take off was delayed and we missed the connection. SAS automatically rebooked the second leg, from a one hour short flight to three roundabout domestic flights that got us there 7 hours later than the original time (so I embarked my cruise 4 hours late). The communication on the ground (SAS and airport) was poor. The extra prepaid checked bag was missing. (we were given conflicting and unclear instructions, or no information.) Had to file a claim. Still waiting for the bag after one night.
