Best Time to Fly to Hurghada, Egypt

The city of Hurghada features a sub-tropical desert climate, which makes the winters very mild and warm and the summer very hot. July is the hottest month in the city. December to February are warm, November to April slightly warmer and May to September are hot or very hot. Sea temperatures range from 69 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. The best time to visit the city is probably between October and April, when temperatures range from 68-86 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s sunny. This is peak-time in the city as is the festive season and school vacation periods. Prices are much higher during this time. Summer prices are cheaper but it is very hot and uncomfortable in the city. Summer is a great time for ocean lovers to enjoy diving and snorkelling.
