We were extremely late and missed my connecting flight. They couldn’t locate my bag which made me lose my next flight they rebooked. Then couldn’t tell me still exactly where my bag was when they rebooked an other flight to Berlin. I didn’t get into Berlin until much later in the day. Extremely upsetting. My trip became a mich longer trip than expected and I had to spend much more time and money at the airport then planned. It ruined my plans in Berlin because of the delay. They gave me different answers about where to go what was happening and how to find a solution. It was a terrible experience
