The onboarding process was super smooth. The seats themselves, terrible. I paid extra for premium and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. I am not that tall, I’m about 5’ 6” and I was pretty uncomfortable. I can only imagine what someone taller than me would feel like in those tiny seats. They only offer water if you ask for it, otherwise everything else is for sale. There is no WiFi on the plane, you can watch movies directly from their website but the options are very limited and outdated. Such a shame because Avianca used to be that girl when it came to service and overall quality. The fall from grace is real and I will probably not be flying them again in the future.
