See previous comments. The plane was not suitable for a 7 hour Transatlantic flight. It was a 3 and 3 seating. Tight accommodations. Paid to have Comfort seats but did not receive them at Boarding. Gate agents were not accommodating to fix what had been messed up for seat selection that I paid for in advance. I want a refund for seat purchases that I did not receive. I selected aisle seats for all my trips and did not receive them. I have receipts of payment and boarding passes that were then changed at the gate.
