Lufthansa should take responsibility for what happens to their passengers. Lufthansa knew we had a son who holds a Thailand passport, failed to notify us that my son cannot travel with 2 stops in Europe. Lufthansa let us book the trip knowing the trip could not be completed. They stopped us on our return home flight and said my son cannot fly. On the day we're suppose to fly. I had to buy a ticket on the spot to get my son home via another flight to another destination by himself landing in Miami. Which then we had to get him from Miami to Tampa. $2500 for my son's trip instead of $1300. This could have all been avoided, if Lufthansa would have seen this problem when we initially booked this flight.
