there's bare minimum of service. we are lucky we didn't get "United Air Treatment" (pull off the plan with bloody face by force. It's cheap, but not that cheap, which still doesn't justify why I can't get water for free when Coke Cola cost almost $5/can. I could've buy that before boarding.
