They booked me on another flight, did not tell me and when I went to get back on the plane I no longer was able to because they booked me on some other flight later in the day. When I went back to the agent she was rude, reprinted my boarding pass for later in the day. What I needed was to be rebooked on my original flight but she could not understand that. Another agent figured it out. Southwest serves no food on any flights. It truly is a embarrassment to the airline industry. My second flight to Long Beach was worse. The flight attendant was obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. He treated everyone like they were seventh graders on a field trip. He was a terrible comedian, insisted on being on the microphone throughout the flight and would not shut up. No food on this four hour flight and no time to get food between our two flights made for seven hours without any hope of getting food.
