Staff at Austin Airport were great, and boarding was done efficiently. The crew on the plane were very good at their jobs. The seats for a long flight are minimum comfort and padding. This is my 3rd time flying to London and it is the 3rd time my baggage was damaged, ensure to inspect your baggage before leaving the airport.
