Bad from the start. GPS directions on Apple Maps and Waze couldn’t find the location, finally got lucky and accidentally drove by. You would think a business would make sure these platforms worked properly for their customers. Finally arrived and were told 6-8 people were in front of us and they were short on cars. After about 15+ minutes with the person being helped when we arrived, the next person said they were waiting for two hours. After another 10 minutes, we left and found an alternate option. I feel bad for the others who had no other options.
