Cheap Car Rentals in Sandy Hill, Ottawa from $20

Nothing good miss communication between on line reservation and office rentals, no one ever answer call, I'm still waiting for refund on my first booking after a week ??? When I show up to get my reservation truck was rent to someone else !!!! Very nice ! I will never recommend routers to no one ! I wasted $100. On taxi just to get there and I couldn't get truck with out $1500. Deposit ??? Crazy !

It was listed as being at the airport but upon arrival I realized I’d have to take a shuttle to pick up the car. The shuttle took 45 minutes to get me. The location was a warehouse that seemed to be falling apart, the woman working the front desk was rude. Their printer and computers didn’t work so i was made to sign all agreements on my cell phone on a low quality non-legible document. The shuttle driver to bring me back to airport threw my luggage in the seat next to me rather than in the trunk so it was flying all over the place. He was on his phone speaking to someone the whole drive there, and then when he pulled up, he didn’t open the door to the shuttle truck, didn’t offer to help me unload my luggage (which I had to drag across 3 seats to get out) and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Sped off as soon as I closed the door.
