They didn't have the car I initially reserved, which I can understand due to the rental car shortage we hear about all the time. You really need to scrutinize your bill, though. I was charged a late fee (they showed I returned the car at 2 pm, which was impossible since my flight left at 9:15 am) and was also charged for an upgrade, when they told me I would not be charged one since it wasn't my fault that they didn't have the much smaller car I requested. I called them right away and they were very nice about all the issues and removed all inappropriate charges. Despite all the issues, I would still use them again (while still carefully checking my bill) because their customer service was on point.
