I made a reservation and paid online making sure I included every "mandatory" insurance required in Mexico. When I came to pick the car up, they came up with and additional "mandatory" insurance fee that was more than double of what I had already paid online. It was nighttime already, and I was with my family in a sketchy neighborhood in Mexico City, so I had no choice but to accept the 200% increase in my fee. I felt robbed. If that wasn't enough, I had to return the car 5 minutes after leaving the premises because it was badly misaligned to the point it would have been dangerous to drive it on a highway. They ended up giving me an older model because "that's what they had available at the time". I will NEVER use Keddy (or Europcar, for that matter) ever again! And I will advice everyone I have a chance to stay away from them too.
