Whooo this was bad. Honestly next time I think I will save up if possible to not have to travel this airline. The workers were rude and always whispered. English is not their first language so communication was very difficult. From the get go they knew there was a problem with our flight and they were not honest with us. So of course when we got to Addis Ababa they were forced to reroute us and we had to spend a whole day in Addis. It was not pleasant but the did pay for our accommodation and we had some limited options for food. Then when we got to our destination they lost our luggage. We spent two days without our luggage. When we received them some of our items were stolen. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN. This isn’t even all the details. This is the short version.
