Hate it. Price is the same if booking through the company directly. I accidentally put in wrong date and there is no refund.

The phone number on the shuttle pick-up window had been disconnected and was no longer in service. I had to look up the number and figure out how to get in touch with a live person for a pick-up. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, the seats had stains everywhere and the car charger didn’t work, even after trying three different cords.

I specifically picked a vehicle for 5 people and 4 suitcases. The tiny vehicle we got was not equipped for that. We had four adults with four suitcases. Only 3 would fit in the back so we had to squeeze on in the backseat.

Great value for the price. Love the shuttle at the airport and courteous driver. Great agents at the desk. Quick check in and quick check out. Very convenient to the highway and getting to southern Florida. Would use it again.

Would have liked to have had Navigation in the car since we were traveling. Did not know I had to arrange for that. Otherwise good car.

Wonderful|May 2023

Great first experience. No hassles and no problems. Care was like new with only 6500 miles on it. We had to wait a few minutes on the the shuttle but was prepared having read similar experiences in reviews. The office location is several miles from the Ft. Myers airport so it made sense it would take a 15 minutes to drop off and pick up. Saving $100 or more for a weeks regental was definitely worth the wait!!!

Poor. My flight was delayed rental office closed before my arrival next day I was informed that my reservation was cancelled. This is after I called to notify them of flight delays.

The sales representative was very misleading and continuously trying to up sell products . After we received our final invoice via email, there was a $67 charge for adding an extra driver . We were never informed about this charge . The representative simply said , maybe you should have your wife’s drivers license on file in case she wants to drive . We agreed and provided it not knowing there was a charge.

Decent, clean car at a reasonable price.

This Hertz pickup location is at a Holiday Inn about 10 minutes from the airport and no shuttle is provided. This info was not provided either on the rental site before booking or the completed reservation. We only became aware of this when we called the rental office after learning from Hertz at the airport that we had reserved a vehicle at an off site location and we're told we had to get a cab or Uber to pick up our car.
