What experience?! I was allowed to make a reservation to pick up a car at a Hertz office that was closed! Why would they allow me to make (AND VERIFY) an appointment if they knew they were not going to be open ??!?! I even spoke to an associate AT THE LOCATION the day before I planned to pick up the car - he never mentioned the office would be CLOSED… and would not reopen until Monday morning. My travel plans had to be altered and I gave my business to Enterprise. They were open they were awesome. And I got a much better deal. Sorry Hertz you have lost a customer for life.
